Bob Hoffman has been in the real estate business for more than 25 years. As one of the top listing agents in the valley he carried approximately 25 listings and closed multiple transactions every month.

Because of the high volume of business, Bob developed his own unique system of working with sellers and buyers. This system and techniques are currently taught to our agents. Bob has always been an innovator of new marketing ideas and the utilization of current technology.

Because of the lack of support and tools provided by franchises, Bob decided to create his own company. He utilized his years of experience, the materials he developed, ideas, marketing concepts, techniques and current technologies to create one of the most streamlined and efficient brokerages in the state.

Bob shares his expertise, knowledge and proven marketing techniques to provide agents with the necessary tools to build their own successful business. He is accessible and willing to help with questions or problems regarding the many different troubles and scenarios that arise in the real estate business.

Bob runs his brokerage with professionalism, honesty and integrity and encourages his agents to do the same as they provide service to assist clients in determining value, how and when to buy or sell, etc. He provides many systems to help assure our agents success.

Office Administrators

Our office staff have been with the company for many years and have a lot of experience and knowledge to help our agents. Their goal is to assist our agents with service and to process their business in a timely and accurate manner.

We try to be proactive with our agents to help them be more detailed and efficient. When a transaction goes under contract, we provide each agent with up-front information to let them know if there is any missing documentation in their files so nothing holds up their commission checks.
